Who is Attract Fitness Dating?

We are a company that loves people and being fit!  Relationships are super valuable, so much so, that we live longer when we have a life partner.  Staying physically active is also extremely important to our physical and mental well being.  The majority of successful people workout and we believe it’s a key ingredient to a meaningful life.  

Starting from this foundation we focus on bringing people together via active workouts and lively icebreakers specifically designed to make connections and grow relationships.

We have two options.  Singles Fitness Speed Dating or Couples Fitness Dating.

Our goal is to be healthy individuals on a quest to improve ourselves both physically and mentally and along the way make new connections and strengthen the ones we have. For our SINGLES if you do feel like you connect with someone, just let us know and we will “match” you!

What are speed dating fitness workouts?

Through fun questions and dynamic partner exercises, workouts are designed so you can meet and spend a little time with all participants.

If you feel like you connect with someone during the workout, just let us know.  If the match is mutual, we will connect you within 24 hours. If not, no worries, come to the next workout!  After each workout the group will be invited to continue the experience at a nearby restaurant to mingle where you can expand on some of the connections you made!

Do I need to be fit to participate?

All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged to come- we’ve got you! We will help modify any movement and exercise to accommodate injuries and/or comfort level to the best of our abilities.

How long will the workouts be and how hard?

 Workouts are one hour. There will be a warm up and cool down included in this time. The majority of the exercises will have a regular or modified version and you can go at your own pace and comfort level. 

How do we match?

After the workout and mingle you let us know if someone caught your eye and if the connection is mutual we will match you within 24 hours. 

We will not share your information with anyone unless you have requested to connect with a particular person and there is a mutual match.

Will there be an opportunity to connect?

Yes! After the workout we will have our mingle where we grab food and drinks at a nearby restaurant.

Don’t forget to bring money and your ID for the mingle!

How many singles will there be?

There will be a maximum of 24 singles per workout. There will be 12 females and 12 males.

How can I be a part of the community?

We are working on building an app, but in the meantime…

What should I wear/bring?

Wear workout clothes & shoes. Also be sure to bring a water bottle!
